DELIVERY POLICY

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

All orders including made to measure are usually dispatched within 3-10 working days in the UK and 28 days for world wide deliveries subject to availability.

For made to measure items please allow 4-6 weeks delivery in the UK and 4-8 weeks delivery world wide.

All shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. Deliveries will be sent recorded (signed for), all UK deliveries £6.95 and the rest of the world £18.00.

Customers are responsible for any customs clearance (import duties & taxes). If items are returned to us undelivered we incur an additional fee and a re-delivery fee which will be charged to the customer.

We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched, if there are any problems and in the unlikely event of any items being unavailable.

RETURNS POLICY

All returns should be sent registered (signed for) post to Bridal Boutique, Please email first and be sure to include your order number and customer details. We will send you confirmation along with all return details via email.

Standard Items (Not Made To Measure)

We aim to satisfy all our customers. In the event of an item being faulty, if we make an error in your order or the item is unsuitable a refund or exchange will be given.

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, complete with all labels intact and original packaging.

The goods must be undamaged and unsoiled. As long as these conditions are met, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund.

Please note we deduct a £2.00 fee to cover admin and card charges.

Made To Measure Items

These items are solely made to order, made to measure and are Not Refundable.

We regret that we can only offer a refund or exchange for faulty items or if we make an error in your order. Should this be the case, you must inform us within 3 days and then return the item within 7 days registered (signed for) to Bridal Boutique and 14 days for International Customers, complete with all original packaging and labels intact. The items must also be in their original condition and unsoiled.

As long as these conditions are met we will gladly offer an exchange or refund. When ordering made to measure items please ensure you give exact measurements and refer to our size guide, refunds will not be given for garments that do not fit, we are happy to discuss your requirements and assist you in your choice before ordering.

Refunds will be made as soon as possible and usually occur within 30 days of being agreed.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations will be accepted within 72hrs of the original order and must be received in writing or by email and will be subject to a £5.00 admin / credit card processing handling fee. Thereafter, the order is considered as a legally binding contract.

Made to Measure Items that are cancelled whilst being made are subject to loss of all / some of the costs please ask for further details.

All prices quoted are in UK pounds (GBP) and include VAT (at the standard UK rate). There will be an additional delivery charge. Orders are subject to availability. Prices and availability may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time without notice. In the unlikely event that goods are unavailable, the customer will be notified by email.

We accept secure online payments through PayPal (including all major credit cards, bank transfers and debit cards) as well as postal payments by cheque.

PayPal is the global leader in online payments. For that reason we have chosen to use PayPal to process all of our online transactions.

Paypal is one of the safest ways to pay online, not only do they take measures to protect your financial information, they also offer extensive protection against unauthorised payments sent from your account. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information such as your credit card numbers or bank account information using an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Please ensure you provide us with the correct billing address for the credit card you are using. Alternatively customers may send a personal cheque or postal order (UK customers only). Items will only be dispatched once a cheque has been cleared. Please refer to our terms & conditions regarding credit/debit card security.

PRIVACY POLICY

We do not disclose customer’s information to any third parties. Information for order processing is limited to item, colour, size and measurements with the made to measure orders.

Cookies are used by our shopping basket system to speed up the buying process. These cookies are given to your machine, which then holds all your ordering details until you are ready to check out of the store. When you proceed to the checkout, the cookie is given back to the site and your order is processed.

By doing this, until you reach the checkout all your order stays safely on your machine. Only your order information is passed to our secure server, no other details are given.

DISCLAIMER

We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or delay delivery of an order without being liable for any loss or damage if the supply of the goods is prevented or delayed for reasons of adverse weather conditions, fire, flood or any other circumstances beyond our control.
