Corset Sizing
All of our Corsets have waist measurement sizes increasing in 2 inch gradients.
Corsets should be ordered 2 to 4 inches smaller than your natural waist size. For example: A person whose natural waist size is 28 inches should order a corset of size 24 inches, this allows the corset to be semi closed at the back giving a 2 inch waist reduction, or fully closed over time giving a 4 inch reduction. Corsets are designed to “slim” your natural waist size.
When ordering a corset, measure around the fullest part of your bust/chest, the narrowest part of your waist and the fullest part of you hips (hip bones). Your Corset should give you a hugging feeling and be comfortable to wear, creating an hourglass figure.
The high quality boning and material is designed to mould around the bust pushing the bust upwards creating a wonderful cleavage, while reducing the waist and then flaring out against the hip producing beautiful feminine looking curves.
Do not lace your corset too tightly during the first few weeks of wear – your new garment should be ‘broken in’, whereby the fabric is allowed to take the strain evenly and the corset adjusts to your body shape – and your body similarly adjusts to the compression.
Bra Sizing
Take the measurement from around the fullest part of your bust and across the shoulder blades.
